Clientele Signal Terms & Conditions

Clientele Signal provides verified homeowner demand intelligence by identifying publicly available homeowner requests posted across online communities. These opportunities are organized into digital Buyer Signal bundles and delivered through the Clientele Signal dashboard.

Clientele Signal does not generate leads through advertisements or form submissions and does not represent homeowners.

Buyer Signal

A verified public homeowner request indicating an intent to hire or purchase a service. Buyer Signals may include:

• homeowner name
• approximate location
• request summary
• project details
• original public source link
• internal verification information

Bundle

A collection of verified Buyer Signals delivered to a customer. Bundles may be delivered as either:

• Preview Bundle
• Complete Bundle

Preview Bundles allow customers to evaluate the quality of Clientele Signal before purchasing. Preview Bundles intentionally hide or redact certain information, including but not limited to:

• homeowner names
• direct source links
• identifying details
• other protected information

Preview Bundles are provided solely for evaluation purposes and do not grant access to complete Buyer Signals.

Once payment has been successfully received, Clientele Signal will unlock the purchased bundle within the dashboard. Complete Bundles may include:

• homeowner name
• city or service location
• public source link
• complete project context
• verification details

Once unlocked, these Buyer Signals become available within the customer's account.

Every Buyer Signal is reviewed using Clientele Signal's internal verification process. Verification may include factors such as:

• publicly available homeowner request
• relevant service category
• requested service
• location
• recency
• buying intent
• completeness of information
• originality
• overall signal quality

Clientele Signal reserves the right to determine whether a Buyer Signal satisfies its internal quality standards.

Buyer Signals are categorized into timing tiers to help customers understand homeowner purchasing timelines. Current tiers include:

• Tier 1 — Early Advantage — 0–3 days
• Tier 2 — Key Decision Window — 4–14 days
• Tier 3 — Active Opportunity — 15–30 days

Signal tiers describe timing only. Final pricing is determined using Clientele Signal's internal pricing methodology.

Buyer Signal pricing is determined using multiple internal factors, including but not limited to:

• signal freshness
• buying intent
• project scope
• opportunity size
• specificity
• verification confidence
• overall quality
• market demand

Signal tier alone does not determine final pricing.

Unless otherwise stated, each Buyer Signal delivered within a purchased Complete Bundle is intended for a single Clientele Signal customer. Clientele Signal does not intentionally resell completed Buyer Signals to multiple customers.

Clientele Signal reserves the right to replace any Buyer Signal determined to violate this policy.

Customers are responsible for:

• reviewing Buyer Signals before contacting homeowners
• communicating professionally
• complying with applicable laws
• respecting homeowner privacy
• using Buyer Signals only for legitimate business purposes

Customers may not:

• resell Buyer Signals
• redistribute Buyer Signals
• publicly publish Buyer Signals
• scrape or copy dashboard content
• attempt to bypass dashboard security
• share account credentials

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of a Complete Bundle being unlocked. Refunds are considered only if a Buyer Signal is materially inaccurate. Examples may include:

• duplicate Buyer Signal within the same purchased bundle
• incorrect public source
• materially incorrect homeowner request
• Buyer Signal that does not match the represented service category
• Buyer Signal that was clearly invalid before delivery

Clientele Signal may, at its sole discretion:

• replace the affected Buyer Signal, or
• issue a refund for the affected Buyer Signal

No refunds are guaranteed solely because:

• a homeowner hired another contractor
• a homeowner does not respond
• a project is canceled
• the customer chooses not to pursue the opportunity
• a job is lost to another company

Clientele Signal does not guarantee that a requested number of Buyer Signals will always be available. If sufficient qualifying Buyer Signals cannot be sourced, Clientele Signal may:

• reduce bundle quantity
• adjust pricing
• substitute comparable verified opportunities
• delay delivery while sourcing additional opportunities

The Clientele Signal dashboard is provided as an online software platform. Features may include:

• Buyer Signal library
• Bundle history
• Favorites
• Preview Bundles
• Complete Bundles
• Notifications
• Growth Coach
• Support resources
• future platform features

Clientele Signal may modify, improve, or discontinue features without prior notice.

The dashboard may include AI-powered tools intended to assist customers with:

• sales communication
• business positioning
• proposal writing
• marketing
• follow-up messaging
• Buyer Signal strategy

These tools are provided for informational purposes only. Customers remain solely responsible for all business decisions and communications.

All software, dashboard interfaces, branding, Buyer Signal formatting, verification systems, documentation, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Clientele Signal.

Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased Buyer Signals for their own internal business use.

Clientele Signal provides verified opportunity intelligence, not guaranteed sales. We do not guarantee:

• booked appointments
• closed projects
• revenue
• response rates
• homeowner availability
• future purchasing decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clientele Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or Buyer Signals.

Clientele Signal may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms
• misuse Buyer Signals
• abuse the platform
• attempt fraud
• interfere with system operation

Access may also be suspended for security, operational, or legal reasons.

Clientele Signal processes customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to provide and operate the service.

Clientele Signal may update these Terms from time to time. When changes become effective, the updated Terms will replace all previous versions.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
